1. HOW DO I START TO PURCHASE?

Before the first purchase, you must first register with the online store. After successful registration you can log in and start shopping*.(for custome orders please send me the request in Contact form). Selected articles appear in your cart. After completing the purchase go to the Checkout. Prior to award you in the end is still the possibility of changes or cancellations of purchase. Upon successful copletion of the purchase I'll send you confirmation of of your order and the amount of the payment.

2. HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY ORDERED ITEMS ?

All items (in stock) will be delivered in 24hours after I recive the confirmation of your payment.

In Stock
:
- all international delivery will arrive within 3 - 7 working days (Europe and USA),
- all national delivery will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.

Custome orders
: please allow me 14 - 21 days to work on your order.

For all deliverys I send a notice by email, when I posted your ordered items!



3. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY / POSTAGE?

Petiit Pethaus charges for shipping and delivery are based on a weight of your total order.
All international orders will be despatched by Priority Post.




4. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ?

For all purchases I'll send you Pre-Invoice by email with exactly amout of your items or custome order + shipping (based on package weight).

For international payments I accept for now :
- direct bank transfer - online bank (transaction in Euro).
- PAY PAL payment coming soon !

For national payments I accept for now :
- cash on delivery (PS),
- direct bank transfer - online bank.

After I recive your payment on my bank account I'll send immeditaly (24 hours), if in stock, selected items to your address.

5. IS VAT ALREADY INCLUDED IN PRICE ?

YES. All items in online boutique already include the VAT (20%).


6. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT ?

YES. On all my products I offer a guarantee. In case of hardware fault or some other error, I'll replace or rapair your purchased item / product.


7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY GIFT CERTIFICATE ?

YES. I offer also a possibility to purchase gift certificates, wich sent as a gift packet to the desired address.

8. DO YOU HAVE RETURN POLICY ?

YES. On items "in stock" that you purchased in online boutique, you can cancel your order/contract  from the purchase.
NO. If the product was designed exclusivly for you, on your personal wishes (as unique - special design, color and size). In this case we only consider the reclamation in case demage to the product. But as handmade is possible to be damages only on hardware that can be seen later in use.

Canceling your order :
- if item is intact you don't have to explain your cancelation,

- the item must be returned in original packaging accompanied by original invoice,
- if you have worn or damaged the item, your canceling will not be considered.

IMPORTANT before you make exclusive unique custome order !
If you are unsure on measurments, please don't hasitate to ask - use the contact form and you will recive the answer in a day!

For not given us the correct measurments we will charge you (for repair) the additional amount :

* € 10,00 for collars and leads (each),

* € 15,00 to € 50,00 for beds (the amount depends on the dimensions and material used for making a bed),

* € 70,00 to 100,00 for elevated feeders (the amount depends on the dimensions and material used for making an eleveted feeder).
