1. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments in Euro via- Bank transfer (wire transfer)
- we will send you the Proforma Invoice with all neccessary data for a wire Bank Transfer. - PayPal (wich is secure and easy credit/debit card payment sistem)
- accepts payments from customers with or without PayPal account
Once you have payed, you will receive email confirmation of your order soon as we get bank or paypal confirmation.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Petiit Pethaus ships worldwide via Posta Slovenije (priority post) or GLS.
All items will arrive to your address in a box. If you wish you can order also a nice gift wrapping and a gorgeous gift box!

For deliveries outside of the EU (European Union) countries the customer takes the responsability of duty & taxes incured in the country of destination.
Shipping costs, taxes and custom duty are not refundable.
Once your item is has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS if you wish on your mobile number) from Petiit Pethaus, letting you know that your order is on the way to you or the address you have given us for a gift present.

For any errors we do not take responsability and we ask for your understanding. If you have already copleted the purchase, and we later found the error, we will immediatly let you know and we will eliminate the error (within 3 working days) on our online shop. After that you can purchase the item or you can withdraw from the purchase. We can not sell the product if we valuate that this would harm the trade mark Petiit Pethaus (and company Petnatura Ltd.). 5. RETURNS
For items that are In Stock (alias Ready to Wear)
- before canceling your order, a return authoristation must be requested from Petiit Pethaus within 8 working days of delivery, sending us a notice by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ,
- without a prior notice we are not obliged to take the item back,
- the item must be returned in original packaging accompanied by original invoice,
- if the item has been worn or damaged, your canceling will not be considered,
- refunds will be permited only if the item is returned undamaged in original packaging,
- Exchanges : at the time we will advise you of any price changes and of further delivery costs,
- No Returns, due to innacurate measurments (please measure your dog as instructed in the Fitting room page.
For Made to Order and Bespoke items
- Please do understand that Petiit Pethaus does not exchange the products/creations that are made to order or bespoke orders,
- Also no retuns due to innacurate measurments (please measure your dog as instructed in the Fitting Room page).
All of our products/creations are made by hands and so each item is one-of-a-kind. Therefor each product is slightly different. So it would be also your item, specialy the one made on custome order and with pattern texture.
Shipping costs are not refundable!
